Using 100% virgin raw materials to extrude HDPE plastic yarns, wound onto spindles.
For high UV performance the yarns(tapes) can be in Black Color and UV stablizer added.
Air Cooing Extruded yars would obtain more flexiblity and Water Cooling Extruded yarns would get higher physical properites.

Fast and well-maintained water jet weaving machines weave High density polyethylene yarns to strong and straight fabric before coating.
It will determine for straight and flat PE fabric.

We have been producing various Design printed rolls for small rolls and converted covers(tarps) and make the design of logos as customer's request and use lubber plate for printing, which allows us to make various printing in efficient cost.

The Coated PE fabric can be wound in small rolls and Jumbo rolls, which would be from 50meters to 2,000meters.
The common Core for roll is paper in various size and the steel cap can be put both end to prevent the crush.
Sometimes, the steel core can be used.
